Dirty Politics New Zealand’s Number One Bestseller and Back in Stores
Dirty Politics is the number one bestselling book in New Zealand.*
An exposé of the hidden side of New Zealand politics, Nicky Hager's book, Dirty Politics, has been in hot demand since its release last Wednesday.
While availability had been an issue for Dirty Politics, Craig Potton Publishing are delighted to announce that this has been resolved and that the book is back in stores and available to buy throughout New Zealand.
Availability issues were caused by overwhelming demand for the title and Robbie Burton, Publisher and Co-owner of Craig Potton Publishing has confirmed he was taken by surprise: 'We knew this book would receive good media attention' advised Burton 'but have been astounded by the public demand for Dirty Politics'. The book was launched last Wednesday night in Wellington, and the book went on general sale the following morning. The initial print run of 4000 sold out in hours.
'Our printer has worked tirelessly to try and keep up with demand, first printing over-night and then throughout the weekend.' Burton continued 'to date we have sold over 10,000 copies and sales do not look like they are slowing down. This book has clearly touched a nerve with the people of New Zealand, and they want to find out for themselves what is behind this story.'
