PSA And DHBs Reach Settlement on Five Collective Agreements
PSA And DHBs Have Reached Settlement on Five Collective
Agreements
The 20 District Health Boards are pleased to reach settlement via mediation on five Multi Employer Collective Agreements (MECAs) with the Public Service Association for 12,000 mental and public health nurses, allied, public health and technical staff, and clerical workers nationwide.
Graham Dyer, Chair of the District Health Boards’ Employment Relations Strategy Group and Chief Executive of Hutt and Wairarapa DHBs, said that the mediation was undertaken by both sides in a very professional manner.
“The PSA team was most constructive. Our employees will now be consulted on the settlement and we hope they vote in favour.”
Mr Dyer said that no details of the settlement would be released while the PSA was informing its members.
