Restrictions on High Loan-to-Value Ratios Lending Information Release
The Treasury has released documents relating to the Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ)'s introduction of restrictions on
high loan-to-value ratio (LVR) lending. The restrictions came into force on 1 October 2013.
