New Pieter T video casts light on youth suicide
Taken from the successful second album ‘Completion’ Pieter T releases his new single and video ‘Tomorrow’ in partnership with Live For Tomorrow, a new project on youth suicide prevention.
Directed by award-winning director, Chris Graham, the ‘Tomorrow’ video features young people from the youth organisation Zeal sharing their heartfelt stories of struggle and hope.

The release of the ‘Tomorrow’ music video marks the official launch of Live For Tomorrow, an online project encouraging the young people of New Zealand to believe in the possibilities of their futures. The
project, developed by Zeal, is in response to New Zealand’s alarming rates of youth suicide, as well as bullying, alcohol use and self-harm.
“I’m incredibly passionate about this project and getting it out there,” says Pieter T.
“I've had dark days. Times when it seemed like giving up was more important than carrying on. It's important to speak
out, talk to someone you trust about how you're feeling.”
Chris Graham is also a vocal advocate. “It was a real honour to work with Pieter and Zeal and to tell the brave stories from these open young talents. This is a cause close to my heart and something we as a
country desperately need to address.”
“This is a sensitive issue,” says Zeal CEO Brook Turner. “But the current approach isn’t working and I believe a facilitated conversation can be healthy.”
Live For Tomorrow will be engaging young people on social media throughout August, before launching an unannounced
initiative on the 1st September.
