On Q+A this week, Deputy Political Editor Jessica Mutch talks to Greens Co-Leader Metiria Turei at the party conference in Christchurch. We ask if the Greens are as well placed as they think to form a Labour/Green government.
We discuss child poverty with the Social Development Minister Paula Bennett, and look at which of the Expert Advisory Panel’s recommendations the Government plans to act on.
And Auckland Mayor Len Brown points to changes likely for the city’s draft Unitary Plan now the first round of submissions are in. Will the contentious plan be back in the spotlight just in time for the local body elections?
