REASONS FOR JUDGMENT OF COLLINS J
Introduction
[1] On 8 April 2013 I made interim orders prohibiting the release by unauthorised persons of confidential information inadvertently sent by EQC to a Mr Staples and which also appears to be in the possession of another person. That interim order was made on the basis that a hearing would be conducted at 3.00 pm on 9 April 2013 to determine if those interim orders should continue.
[2] In the following paragraphs I explain why I have ordered the continuation of the orders I made on 8 April 2013. I also explain the further orders I have made in relation to this proceeding.
