Chief Ombudsman concerned about proposal to reduce transparency and accountability in partnership schools
The Chief Ombudsman’s submission to the Science and Education Select Committee on proposal in the Education Amendment Bill that "The Ombudsmen Act 1975 and Official Information Act 1982 do not apply to a sponsor of a partnership school kura hourua" is now available on our website.
