Sensible Sentencing reaches heady new heights on YouTube
A Country99 TV feature on the journey of the Sensible Sentencing Trust has received rave reviews and is raising the
victims rights lobby group to new heights.
Producer Neil Parker and cameraman Richard Sydenham discover what makes the Sensible Sentencing Trust tick in an
extensive interview with founder Garth McVicar in the organizations’ Napier based head office and on his Hawkes Bay
McVicar and his wife founded the fledging organization in 2001; eleven years later SST is now the largest privately
funded victims’ rights and justice reform organization in New Zealand with many legislative wins under its belt. McVicar
