Minister of Housing is a Slum Landlord
The housing minister should be ashamed of himself with his housing portfolio falling down around ears. We believe this latest episode in the Greys Avenue, Auckland flats is just another part of the disestablishment of state housing in New Zealand. Homelessness and overcrowding has drastically increased in the past two years under his watch, while houses are being emptied out and shifted in the dead of night.
The question needs to be asked will the Greys Ave flats suffer the same fate as Wellington the terrace flats, which also happens to be on prime real estate.
