Chief Executive Margaret McKee is stepping down after 10 years at the helm of the QEII Trust.
Trust Chairman James Guild paid tribute to the outgoing Chief Executive, saying that Ms McKee had brought the Trust
through a period of evolution and growth, establishing professional systems and business practices.
“Under Margaret’s management, Government funding has almost doubled, and the volume of covenants has increased
significantly, with over 3,600 registered covenants over private land for which the Trust is now the perpetual trustee.
“Having seen the Trust through to this point, Margaret is ready to leave for a fresh challenge.
“She leaves with the thanks and appreciation of the Board.”
Mr Guild said that Ms McKee would continue to work with the Board over the coming months, as it progresses the
wide-reaching organisational review process begun earlier this year.
