Minister of State Jeremy Browne Visit to New Zealand, Pacific Island Forum and Rugby World Cup 08 - 12 September 2011
Foreign and Commonwealth Minister Jeremy Browne MP will visit New Zealand between the 8 and 12 September at the invitation of the Government of New Zealand.
He will represent the United Kingdom at the Post Dialogue Forum of the 2011 Pacific Islands Forum hosted in Auckland, and he will meet the New Zealand Foreign Minister to take forward issues of mutual importance, including the Commonwealth, Afghanistan and the Arab Spring.
The Minister will also visit Christchurch to lay a wreath in memory of the victims of the earthquake that struck the city earlier this year.
