*Search Widens for Party List*

The Your NZ party is widening it's search for candidates to add to it's party list. The party is currently running an advert for candidates in Trademe Jobs, but they also want to widen their appeal.

Spokesperson for Your NZ, Pete George, is asking who would make a better list MP. A commitment to serving people and country before party is vital, along with vision.

There are many people around the country who could make a positive contribution to parliament but are put off by the politics. Your NZ puts people before politics.

Your NZ is attracting diverse candidates who want a degree of independence unencumbered by party ideology. Their policy is simple, listen to people, act for people and country.

The party has a different party list philosophy -- they believe it should be the engine room and provide the leadership of the party rather than being relegated to a party convenience.

The party will sell itself on the competence of it's list, as should really be happening under MMP.

People who can deal with the current issues are more important than theoretical policies and pipedreams.

Your NZ electorate MPs pledge to give priority to representing to their constituents in parliament, to spend time in their electorates listening and addressing local issues, and acting for them in parliament.

They think it's logical that the list MPs have the time to manage and lead the party.

Where are the New Zealanders who just want better for their people and country? Who wants to be able to do better, with independence from party restrictions?

Running the country needs a different approach -- and it needs the people prepared to make a real difference.
