Poverty Action Waikato's report: Talk about poverty: Reporting back and moving forward.
In the report Rose Black and Anna Cox present their interpretations of conversations with social service agencies
throughout the Waikato region. The impacts of dwindling, and at times non-existent, state services, the vulnerability of
markets, the lack of opportunity, and disenfranchised youth are just some of the issues discussed in the report.
"This is a well researched, comprehensive and readable document. I like the way Rose and Anna have captured the issues
accurately and honestly. The advocacy strategies for change presented, are actually quite realistic and in some
