Rob Hamill's testimony to the Extraordinary Court Chambers of Cambodia on 17 August 2009
I am deeply honored and moved to be given the opportunity to speak today. I realize that this is a privilege made available to few, especially compared to the numbers of families that suffered under the Khmer Rouge regime
I arrived in Cambodia last week. Last Thursday, 13 August was coincidently 31 years to the day that my brother Kerry Hamill first set foot on Cambodian soil. The difference now is that I am here of my own volition.
