NORML presents a global protest against cannabis prohibition:
J Day - Saturday 2 May in Albert Park, Auckland.
A free concert in support of ending the war on drugs, featuring two zones of music with the Jafa Mafia (Base fm), Morning Steppa (Kfm), DubPresent (Kfm), King G (Kfm), Sunday Puff (Kfm), Willie & Solomonics, Killa Fire Burn (fleet fm), Jordan and Darryl Projectile (CHANGE), Tommy Flowers (base fm) Oo Afro & more.
Plus speakers, great food, the NORML Canna-Bus, the notorious NORML BBQ, the Daktory Day Out, and the Grower's Ironman.
"This week the Health Select Committee recommended making access to cannabis extracts and THC-derivatives easier, and the Law Commission is reviewing the Misuse of Drugs Act. Prohibition does not work. People want change. Come along and show your support," said organiser Chris Fowlie.
J Day runs from high noon to 4:20. J Day is an R18 event. No alcohol permitted.
