Announcement From The Phobic Trust
Some months ago, The Phobic Trust commenced a fundraising lottery for a custom hot rod, to be manufactured by Custom Rods. A number of lottery tickets were sold, the proceeds of which were paid to Custom Rods as part payment for the car.
The Phobic Trust was recently advised by Custom Rods that all their assets, including the car built for the lottery, had been seized by their financiers. The lottery was suspended immediately. These developments may result in ticket purchasers either not having the chance to win the car or their ticket cost not being refunded in full. The Phobic Trust has taken legal advice and will pursue all avenues to secure as favourable an outcome as is possible under the circumstances.
While no fault of the Trust, these developments are nonetheless embarrassing. Further information will be provided as events unfold. Concerned parties may contact the Trust at any time to receive an update as to the latest position
