Key Signals "Disaster Capitalism"
Key signals "Disaster Capitalism"
With the party face falling off, Mr Key is now signalling "Disaster Capitalism" as National Party policy, says the Republicans economic spokesman, Kerry Bevin.
"Renting out schools for education is the kind of rabid money grabbing you might expect from a globe trotting gambler. Mr Key may have been raised in a state house, but he has certainly forgotten, that his solo mother did not have to pay for her son's education," said Mr Bevin"
Turning schools into profit making businesses will not only increase the cost of education, it will also lead to the erosion of pay and conditions, create another area in which economic disparity can exist, but most important, it will create a barrier between our schools and our communities.
Is this what Kiwis really want, asks Mr Bevin?
"Kiwis have seen far too much of assets being sold, exploited, run down, with just the shell left, after our investments have been stripped of their value," he adds
Privateers have developed "Disaster Capitalism" in NZ, through Telecommunications, Railways, and Electricity.
Are we going to allow our Schools and Hospitals to be exploited as well!
"It's the same old same old money grab from National, that Grey Power has recently warned us about said Mr Bevin. Republican Centernomics protects our assets with the KiwiShare principle, and this principle should also apply to education and health, says Bevin.
