People’s power in Venezuela Public meeting in Auckland

Coral Wynter, an Australian journalist recently returned from a year
living and working in Venezuela, is visiting Auckland this week.

Ms Wynter reported on Venezuela’s Bolivarian Revolution for Green Left
Weekly newspaper.

She will give a public presentation on "People’s Power in Venezuela" at
Auckland’s Latin American Centre, 37 Selwyn Street, Onehunga, at 7:30 on
Thursday night.

"The revolution in Venezuela offers hope and inspiration, not only to
Latin America, but the world. It shows that another world is possible, and
that world is socialist," Ms Wynter said.

The meeting is being organised by VAST, the Venezuela Aotearoa Solidarity
Team.
