Tauranga Moana stage two hearings


The Waitangi Tribunal will hold its second hearing for claims in the Tauranga Moana Stage Two Inquiry (Wai 215). The Tribunal will hear submissions from Ngai Te Rangi, Ngati Ranginui, Ngati Pukenga and Waitaha claimants from Monday 3 July to Friday 7 July 2006.

The hearing will begin with a powhiri at 8.45am on Monday 3 July 2006 at Whareora Marae, Taiaho Place, Mount Maunganui, Tauranga.

The proceedings are open to the public and further information can be obtained from the registrar.
