Maxim Institute Board accepts Bruce Logan’s retirement
The Maxim Institute Board of Trustees, at their last meeting on Wednesday 2 November, accepted Director Bruce Logan’s decision to retire.
“Bruce Logan has spoken of retirement over the past couple of years, and the Board has agreed that now is an appropriate time for Bruce’s departure”, says Peter McNee, Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
“The Maxim Board and staff will greatly miss Mr Logan’s involvement. Bruce’s understanding of civil society in the New Zealand context and years of work in public debate, have earned him many friends and widespread respect for his contribution to this country”, says Peter McNee.
“The Board wishes him well in his retirement and future endeavours”.
