Pot issue bigger than Maori Party - Dun Mihaka
"If Tariana Turia's own mokopuna were to be given the choice between the regulated availability of cannabis or voting for the Maori Party, there is no doubt in my mind they would vote for cannabis."
So says ALCP candidate Dun Mihaka, in a statement comparable to John Lennon's provocative claim in 1966, that the Beatles were more popular than Jesus.
Mr Mihaka says that he is with the Cannabis Party and not the Maori Party, because the ALCP policy (http://www.alcp.org.nz/manifesto.htm) is 'quality product'.
