Direct Action Camp Begins
The Peoples Moratorium Enforcement Agency's Direct Action Training camp will begin as planned tomorrow (Friday 2nd January) at 1pm at Mountain Valley School near Motueka.
This will be a weekend long camp of non-violent direct action training to equip the public with the necessary skills to stop the contamination of our fields and food with genetically engineered organisms.
For the safety and privacy of participants and facilitators, media will only be permitted to attend certain workshops and cameras will only be permitted at organised photo opportunities.
A full programme of workshops, directions and general info is available at http://www.pmea.org.nz
