RAELIANS TO HELP GAYS AND LESBIANS LEAVE THE CATHOLIC CHURCH
Each year, Brazil's Catholic Church is losing millions of "faithfuls" because they prefer religions that are more suitable to their way of life. The Raelian Movement of Brazil commits to increase this bleeding by revealing one of the Church's best kept secret: all is required to officially get out is to fill out an Apostasy form and send it to your diocese.
Following the recent positions held by the leaders of Brazilian's gay and lesbian communities asking their members to turn away from the Catholic faith, the Raelian Movement of Brazil makes its site www.apostasynow.org available to homosexuals in order to help them leave a church that considers them as mentally ill.
It is completely unacceptable that an institution such as the Catholic Church openly discriminates against a group of people simply because of their sexual orientation. This is nothing more than a medieval practice that encourages hatred and that has no regards for the universal love that Jesus advocated. Therefore, any lawsuit against the Catholic Church for sexual discrimination will also be supported by the Raelian Movement which welcomes homosexuals in its organization more than any other religion.
Soon, the Raelian Movement of Brazil will also launch an Apostasy consciousness-raising campaign to the Natives and the slaves' descendants who were brutally converted into catholicism.
