Health Nazis Fought the Net (and the Net won)

PRESS RELEASE

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Health Nazis Fought the Net (and the Net won)

The Government has ordered that access to the website of Havana House Cigars be blocked to New Zealand citizens. The fine folks at anonymizer.com don't care, and so now the Libertarianz website can now put you through to Havana House.

"Annoy the Minister of Health with a single click," says Libertarianz Deputy Leader Richard McGrath. "Never in the field of human conflict," he says, "have so many been able to annoy a censor so easily."

Dr McGrath issues a warning to the Ministry of Health seat-warmers, promising that any further attempts at censorship will be met by an upraised middle finger from the 'invisible hand' of capitalist enterprise.

"Thanks to the internet, consumers will have access to whatever they want," he said. "And if the stuffed shirts in Helengrad don't like it, then they'd better prepare for an uprising. Because right now the battle lines are being drawn. Either the government supports free speech and the Bill of Rights, or they are at war with the people of New Zealand."
