Wool growers' control welcomed

The capture of the future of the wool industry by the growers at the Wool Board's annual meeting in Rotorua yesterday augers well for the future of the industry, said Owen Jennings.
"It is vital that the control and management of the McKinsey investigation is firmly in the hands of growers rather than the failed Wool Board," Mr Jennings said
"It's important that the independent growers group ensures that the process is not captured or unduly influenced by those who want to preserve the status quo."
