Have your say on the Employment Relations (Triangular Employment) Amendment Bill
You have until 11 May 2018 to have your say on the Employment Relations (Triangular Employment) Amendment Bill. The Education and Workforce Committee is now inviting submissions on this bill.
The bill seeks to ensure that people employed by one employer, but working under the control and direction of another, are not deprived of the right to coverage of a collective agreement. It also seeks to ensure that such employees are not subject to a detriment in their right to allege a personal grievance.
