International treaty examination of the Paris Agreement

Public submissions are now being invited on the international treaty examination of the Paris Agreement. The closing date for submissions is Friday 2 September 2016.

This agreement was negotiated under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.

The text of the agreement and the national interest analysis is available on the Parliament website.

Submissions should be forwarded by the due date, either online using our website (www.parliament.nz) or in writing to the address below. If a submitter wishes to appear before the committee, they need to state this clearly and provide a name, daytime phone number and email address. Submissions generally become public and are published on our website.
