Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement, Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Microorganisms for the Purposes of Patent Procedure, WIPO Copyright Treaty and WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty
Public submissions are being invited on these treaties. The closing date for submissions is Friday 11 March 2016.
The text of the treaties and the National Interest Analyses are available on the Parliament website.
Submissions should be forwarded by the due date, either online using our website (www.parliament.nz) or in writing to the address below. If a submitter wishes to appear before the committee, they need to state this clearly and provide a name, daytime phone number and email address. Submissions generally become public and are published on our website.
