International Finance Agreements Amendment Bill
The deputy chairperson of the Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade Committee is inviting submissions on this bill. The closing date for submissions is Monday, 5 October 2015.
The Bill amends the International Finance Agreements Act 1961 in order to enable the Government of New Zealand to become a member of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and to implement New Zealand’s obligations under the Articles of Agreement of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.
