Treaty Clause in Proposed SOE Legislation
What the government is proposing is not what Maori want.
Maori did not ask for the Treaty to apply to only 51% of shares.
Maori want the Treaty to apply to all people at all times.
If the Maori Party stand by that position then they are honour bound to resign from the coalition.
Anything less is a sell-out of the Treaty.
