Harawira Not Sworn In
When Parliament resumed at 2pm Hone Harawira was asked to be sworn in.
He was then asked to leave the chamber when he declined to read out the affirmation as specified by law.
Speaker Lockwood Smith said he could return to be sworn in on the next sitting day he was willing to comply.
There was further disruption when singing broke out in the public gallery.
Leave was declined when sought to give him a second chance.
