The Budget debate was interrupted following the Leaders speeches and Leader of the House Gerry Brownlee moved that the House go into urgency for the introduction and passage of The Taxation (Annual Rates And Budget Measures) Bill and The Taxation (Canterbury Earthquake Measures) Bill.
