Criminal Procedure Reform Sent To Select Committee
The Criminal Procedure (Reform and Modernisation) Bill passed its first reading by 110 votes to 9 with the Greens opposing and it was sent to the Justice and Electoral Reform Committee for consideration.
MPs began the second reading debate on the Taxation (GST and Remedial Matters) Bill.
