1. Hon PHIL GOFF to the Prime Minister: Is the Government considering any changes to funding the New Zealand Superannuation Fund; if so, why?

2. JO GOODHEW to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What is she doing to help employees in the current economic situation?

3. Hon CLAYTON COSGROVE to the Minister of Corrections: How many corrections facilities does she expect to be managed by the private sector within the term of this Government?

4. CHESTER BORROWS to the Minister of Justice: What actions has he taken to address the shortfall in funding for community law centres?

5. Hon Dr MICHAEL CULLEN to the Minister of Māori Affairs: Does he intend to participate in the review of the Foreshore and Seabed Act; if so, how?

6. METIRIA TUREI to the Minister for the Environment: Will the Government’s proposed changes to the Resource Management Act have any negative impact on the rights of Māori, iwi and hapū to have their say over resource management decisions?
