Labour and New Zealand First continue talks
Prime Minister Helen Clark said today that talks between New Zealand First and Labour had continued this afternoon and agreed that NZ First has a vital contribution to make to the stability of the incoming government.
"I strongly believe it is in the national interest that New Zealand has stable and durable government and the key focus of discussions between Labour and NZ First is on achieving that objective," Helen Clark said.
The talks continue to make good progress.
