ACT appoints Campaign Director

ACT appoints Campaign Director
ACT President Catherine Judd today announced that Australian political consultant Ian Kortlang has been appointed ACT’s Campaign Director for the 2005 General Election.
Mr Kortlang has had a long association with ACT, having been its Campaign Director in 1996 and a consultant on the 1999 and 2002 campaigns.
Ms Judd said, “We are extremely pleased to have been able to secure someone of the calibre and professional experience of Ian”.
Mr Kortlang has over 20 years of experience in running political campaigns, particular in Australia.
Mr Kortlang said, “I’m delighted to be involved in ACT’s campaign. ACT is an extremely energetic party and I enjoy the challenge of campaigning in an MMP environment”.
