Judiciary And Executive
Judiciary And Executive
New Zealand First Justice spokesman Dail Jones is concerned at the ever-widening split between the minority Labour-led Government and the Judiciary.
“It is trite to say that the Judiciary must be independent of the legislature and Executive. Similarly the legislature and the Executive must respect and support the independence of the Judiciary.”
The Minister of Education, Trevor Mallard, and all concerned should remember that saying we probably all learnt in Primary School,
“ Speech is Silver, but Silence is Golden.”
“I hope everyone can bear this in mind as we come into Christmas and 2005” concluded Mr Jones.
