1. Rt Hon WINSTON PETERS to the Minister of Finance: What steps is he taking, if any, to protect the interests of New
Zealand stakeholders over the sale of Powerco to overseas buyers?
2. KEITH LOCKE to the Minister of Immigration: Will he consider not relying on the security risk certificate issued
against Mr Ahmed Zaoui in light of the Court of Appeal ruling that the security criteria for issuing the certificate
will only be met "if there are objectively reasonable grounds based on credible evidence that Mr Zaoui constitutes a
danger to the security of New Zealand of such seriousness that it would justify sending a person back to persecution."?
3. Dr DON BRASH to the Prime Minister: What involvement have officials from her office, or from the Department of Prime
Minister and Cabinet, had in the ongoing meetings between the Government and Tainui, and what implications do these
meetings have for the seabed and foreshore legislation?
