No Complaints
ACT Leader Richard Prebble said today that he had spoken to both the Speaker and the Head of Parliamentary Services regarding the way that ACT manages its parliamentary staff.
“Both confirmed that they had no complaints and that they understood the need for a small party to organise its support staff in a more flexible way than the big parties.
“The Herald story when analysed is a
complaint that the ACT Party is more productive than other
parties. This is because we believe that we have a duty to
carefully manage every dollar of the taxpayers’ money,” said
Mr
Prebble.
