The Commissioner will present the report to the Auckland Mayoral Forum at 9.30am tomorrow.
Media can access copies of the report, as well as a media pack from Mr Hawkins, at the same time from the Ground Floor Meeting Room of the Auckland Town Hall, 303 Queen St, Auckland.
The media conference will take place at approximately 11am in the same room.
