Serious concerns over Governments ten year plan for early childhood education locks out nearly 60% of under-5s who attend independent providers with qualified teachers, says Nationals absurd that while the Government wont get the pay parity funding.
Despite the huge financial cost involved in this plan it doesnt affect the competency of the staff, nor does it improve the quality of services,_ said Mr Heatley.
