Retaining Rich pleasing for National
National Leader Bill English said today he was very pleased that National was retaining Dunedin-based MP Katherine Rich.
Mrs Rich, number 14 on National's list, has retained her place on a count of special votes released today.
"It is great we have retained Katherine Rich. This is a good result for both National and Dunedin to have this up and coming and very well regarded MP back in Parliament.
"This is the type of person that is great to have in Parliament because she has real talent and works very hard for her area," Mr English said.
