Day Of Shame
“I wish to send my condolences to the families of the murdered people in the United States, and to express the outrage of all New Zealanders at this mindless act of terrorism,” said New Zealand First Leader Winston Peters.
“It is important for us to join with the citizens of the USA and all citizens of the free world in dealing with the aftermath of this day of shame,” Mr Peters said.
“Whatever we can offer in practical support must be offered, and however we can contribute to appropriate responses must be considered. The world must condemn this insane act and respond as one,” Mr Peters said.
