Resignation of Human Rights Commissioner

The Associate Minister of Justice Margaret Wilson says she has now received the resignation of Human Rights Commissioner Ms Ella Henry from the Chief Human Rights Commissioner.
"Ms Henry has acted in the best interests of the Human Rights Commission. I have accepted the resignation with regret and will advise the Governor-General accordingly".
