Health Minister Annette King, accompanied by Sport Minister Trevor Mallard, will launch the New Zealand Health Strategy today at 3.30pm in the Grand Hall at Parliament.
The draft version of the NZHS was released in June. More than 600 written and public submissions were received, and the document has now been revised. Copies are available from the Ministry of Health.
The New Zealand Health Strategy will provide the framework within which District Health Boards will operate.
