Minister of Communications Paul Swain is releasing the report from the Ministerial Inquiry into Telecommunications on Wednesday 4th October.
A copy of the report will be physically available to the media from the Minister's office from 8am on Wednesday 4th October. This report is embargoed for publication until 10am.
At 9:40am there will be a media conference with Paul Swain and inquiry team member Cathie Harrison in 5.1 the Beehive.
