SUZANNE BRUCE: You are stuck with her. Chief electoral officer confirms that NZ First cannot just get rid of Suzanne Bruce whether she wants to go or not. Suzanne Bruce says she thinks she resigned too fast. NZ First President Doug Woolerton however does not seem to understand. Winston Peters says he thinks National is behind the leak of the information. Bruce says she will bring the Palmerston North Crown Solicitor to account. Crown Law is investigating all aspects of this.

BILLBOARD VANDALISM: An Auckland City Council worker is being accused of attacking non-Labour billboards in Auckland and taking signs away. Auckland City says it is looking into the matter.
GUNMAN IN CHCH CATHEDRAL: In the last half hour a man armed with a shotgun has been arrested at Christchurch Cathedral.
TURKISH QUAKE: Survivors are being found in the rubble from the latest earthquake disaster in Turkey. The official death toll is now 350. 18,000 have been killed in earthquakes in the last three months. British rescue workers say the people appear to be broken. Official death toll expected to rise sharply.
SUN STARVED: NZers who cover up from the sun may run the risk of osteoporosis. Vitamin D supplements should be used by those at risk - those who don't get enough sun, and those at risk of osteiporosis. Doctors say we need 30 minutes in the sun or Vitamin D supplements.- supplements are better.
PETROL PRICES: Shell is raising petrol prices again.
JONAH LOMU: Jonah Lomu tells three news he would like to play for Wellington. Retailers reckon it will help boost the sales of Wellington rugby jerseys. Jonah is asked if the ring on Teina Stace is an engagement ring. He says, "that's personal".
