Americas Cup officials have given approval to the New York Yacht Club backed Young America team to race its substitute
boat USA 58.
It was like a replay of the sinking of OneAustralia off San Francisco in 1995. The New York Yacht Club's Young America
yacht split almost in two while racing in heavy wind today.
The two photos above one apparently of the same scene - appear to confirm that the Hobbit Town photos published this
morning by the Dominion are indeed real - even if they do look a little too toy townish.
