URBAN MAORI AND FISH: Two of the driving forces behind the Urban Maori challenge to the asset allocation model proposed by the Maori Fisheris commission is disappointed at a two-one split Court of Appeal decision to dismiss an appeal against a High Court decision on the allocation of fisheries assets.

SUSAN BURDETTE MURDER: The Court of Appeal has ordered a new trial for Teina Poura for the murder of Susan Burdette.
