BRETT: Hurricane Brett has been downgraded to a tropical storm but it is still lashing Texas with heavy rain.

BANK: WestpacTrust will charge its customers 85 cents to withdraw cash from another banks machine. This is a 50 cent increas. Other banks are expected to follow shortly.
